CONSULTATION ON HERITAGE LANDSCAPES

The Comité du patrimoine paysager estrien will be holding a public consulation on the preservation of heritage landscapes in the Eastern Townships. The discussion will take place on April 29, at 6:30 p.m., in the mayors' chambers at the MRC Memphremagog building, at 455 MacDonald St., Magog. The public are invited to attend and to express themselves at this event, but are asked to confirm their presence in advance. The Comité du patrimoine paysager estrien is a coalition of 16 regional organizations working to create a network of information and exchange for the preservation and promotion of the heritage landscapes of the Eastern Townships. The organization was founded in 2001 and is planning a major regional forum for May 2003.
