MISSION:
An interpretation centre for the heritage of Courcelles and the Bluets River, the Moulin Bernier is also serves as a museum.
PHYSICAL
DESCRIPTION:
1) Moulin Bernier, a former flour and sawmill dating to 1888, and completely restored in 2003. A new exhibition each summer by renowned artists. Permanent exhibitions: The millers of yesteryear and La Chemise Perfection Inc.
2) Cultural centre which contains a library, and Internet café, a conference and audio-visual room, and a concert hall.
3) The Bluets River, with its falls and its dam made of logs, a lookout, a railway bridge, an Egyptian millstone, etc.
4) Parc de l'ancienne gare, featuring a caboose housing a permanent exhibition (Expo-Train).
5) The historic Tardif Workshop (c.1890s) is nearby.

COLLECTIONS:
Artifacts, tools, oral and digital photographic histories, maps, charts, and sculptures. An inventory of the collections is in progress.

Educational programme (for primary school children), including animation and dinner on-site.
Guided tours (1 hour duration). Fête de
la Pêche (Fishing Festival) in June.

June 24-Labour Day:
Wednesday to Sunday, 10 a.m.-5 p.m.
Open 7 days a week during the construction holiday.
The rest of the year: by reservation only.
School groups and other groups of 10 persons or more are welcome for guided tours.
One-hour guided tours.

General admission: $5.00 per person, plus tax. Students:
$3.00, plus tax.
Families: $15.00, tax included.
Children (5 years and under): Free.
