MISSION:
To conserve significant and representative elements from the life
and achievements of Joseph-Armand Bombardier; to illustrate the
world of snowmobiles and of Bombardier today through the various
stages of the company's evolution; and to communicate these things
to as wide a public as possible. This, the largest private museum
to focus on snow transportation, allows visitors to trace the extraordinary
development of tracked vehicle technology, from its beginnings to
today.

COLLECTIONS:
a)The J.-Armand Bombardier Exhibit: a unique collection of 17 machines
and 4 machine-tools placed in context with the aid of trompe-l'oeil
backdrops and props.
b)The International Snowmobile Exhibit: an impressive collection
of 35 contemporary and vintage snowmobiles from various winter countries.
c)The Bombardier Garage. A collection of machine-tools from the
workshop and store of J. Armand Bombardier (1926-1936).
SPECIAL ACTIVITIES:
Bilingual guided tours. Film projection hall (in the Bombardier

General admission: $7.00. Students/Seniors (65 and over): $5.00.
Children (Under 6): Free. Family (2 adults and any number of children
up to 16 years old): $15.00. Package deal (Museum & Plant):
$12.00 (adult/senior); $5.00 (student). Groups: $3.00 + one free
entry for every 20 paid entries.
