MISSION:
To promote the history of the town and region of Asbestos; interest
people in the events of the past; encourage the conservation of
manuscipts and historic sites and buildings; publish a journal on
regional history; support research in regional history; and organize
visits of a historic nature.

Principal collections: Chamber of Commerce Archives; the Johns-Manville
Collection; Syndicat de l'Amiante Collection; etc.
